  1. What are the shipping charges?  
    We would like to inform you that there are no delivery/shipping charges. Charges are only applicable on COD.
  2. What is the estimated delivery time?  
    We would like to inform you that estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 days.
  3. Are there any hidden charges as: sales taxes Etc?  
    We would like to inform you that all kinds of taxes and charges billed are in the receipt and there is no extra charges.
  4. Why does the estimated delivery time vary?  
    We would like to inform you that delivery time is influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver to your location. On an average though the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 days.
  5. Ellemora doesn’t/can’t ship to my area. Why?  
      We are very regretful about that but there may be certain reasons because of which we can’t deliver in your area:
    • Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on.
    • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location.
    • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location.
  6. Why is the COD option not offered in my location?  
    Regretfully, we would like to inform you that availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
  7. Does this site deliver international?  
    It’s great to see the enthusiasm but regretfully, we would like to inform you that the site doesn’t deliver internationally.
  8. What is the return policy period applicable for different categories?  
    We would like inform you that return policy is same for all categories. You can return an item within 15 days of its reception and the refund shall be initiated in the form of shopping points to your Ellemora account. However if you want the refund to be made to your bank account, it will take us another 15 working days to sort that out.
    Return Period after Delivery is applicable if product received is Defective or damaged or not as described.
  9. How does Ellemora help in resolving an issue with product on this site?

  10. What items can I exchange?  
    None of the items can be exchanged as per say. But you can always return them to the shipment unit and the equivalent cost shall be credited to your Ellemora account and you can use it for any other purchase on Ellemora.
  11. How is TAX calculated on my Order  
    Any taxation charged on the product in billed in the invoice itself and there is no extra charge that you have to pay. The charges are based on the GST reforms that have been set into play with immediate effect form 1st of July 2017.
  12. Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?  
    Unfortunately not - Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified or cancelled. The good news? You can return your order by courier in our address as soon as you receive your package.
  13. How can I track my order?  
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. You can also select the 'track order' option here and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.
  14. My tracking says delivered but I have yet to receive my order?

  15. I'm missing an item listed on my packing slip.  
    We apologizes for the inconvenience caused. Kindly check your order slip or invoice and if you find any discrepancies send us a copy of your invoice at: supports@ellemora.in.
  16. Are shipping fees refundable?  
    We do not charge any shipping costs. However if the product delivered to you is unsatisfactory or hampered we will refund the equivalent costs along with your return logistic cost to your Ellemora account. We offer reverse logistics on email request at support@ellemora.com
  17. How do I return an item purchased on Ellemora?  
    We are very regretful that we could not satisfy you with our product but any ways you can always return the product on the following address:

  18. When are returns provided?  
    We would like to inform you that there are some return policy checks as follows:
    Your product will be delivered to you within 7 to 10 days after receiving the order.
    The return period for reverse logistics is up to 15 days within which you can return the product.
    It will take us up to 3 days to process it and we can then refund you the cost of the product as well as the reverse logistics costs in the form shopping points
    If you further want the money to be refunded to your bank account we can do so but it will take us another 15 working days to process it.
  19. I have requested a returns, when I will get it?  
    Regretfully same as return policy, your returns request will be completed within 15 days.
  20. Will I get refund if I return/replace the product?  
    Absolutely you will get refund as per your request provided all the conditions are met in accordance.

  22. How do I know my order has been confirmed?  
    We would like to inform you that after placed an order you will get an email on your email account as well as a SMS on your mobile as order confirmation.
  23. Does this site provide credit card/EMI option?  
    Unfortunately, there is no option of Credit Card/EMI.
  24. How do I use wallet to make a payment?  
    Simply, you can log into your account to make a payment. All you have to do is connect your wallet to your Ellemora account and select wallet payment option at the time of transaction.
  25. How can I check current status of my orders?  
    It’s very easy, After placing an order you have go to your account and choose the option ‘My Orders’ and click on the particular order and you can track the location as well as current status of your order.
  26. My order status shows ‘out for delivery’ but I haven’t got it yet. When will I get it?  
    I’m very regretful about that but may be a problem from the end of shipping department such as: geographical location or any other Issue. Kindly stay patient; your orders will reach soon. If the order doesn’t reach in the next couple of days kindly write to us at: supports@ellemora.in. and we will look into the matter.
  27. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Ellemora?

  28. What does ‘out of stock’ mean?  
    We would like to inform you that ‘out of stock’ means that the particular product is sold out and hence you will be unable to order that product. In such a case you can click on the option ‘notify me’ to get the product notification before everyone else does whenever the product is in stock next.
  29. Can I order a product which is ‘out of stock’ or ‘temporary unavailable’?  
    Unfortunately, you can’t order the product which is out of stock but for your convenience Ellemora provides you the following option: In such case you can click on the option ‘notify me’ to get the product notification before everyone else does whenever the product is in stock next.
