  • Ellemora.com is owned and operated by AMILTUS FASHTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
  • On our website, we offer users access to clothing and accessories available for purchase at the prices listed on the site.
  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  • Amiltus Fashions Private Limited may send promotional SMS, emails, or make calls to customers who are already registered with Amiltus Fashions Private Limited.
  • Amiltus Fashions Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason without prior notice to the customer. If any amount has been paid by the customer, a full refund will be issued.
  • Amiltus Fashions Private Limited also reserves the right to BLOCK/BLACKLIST any customer for valid reasons without notice or intimation and will not accept/process orders from these customers.
  • Reasons for cancellation may vary and include issues such as customers frequently returning products, customers attempting to use their influence due to their position/profession, customers returning products in unacceptable conditions or without original tags and packaging, customers repeatedly not accepting COD orders, and customers raising a Paypal Transaction Dispute without addressing the concern with Amiltus Fashions Private Limited, which could result in financial or reputational loss to Amiltus Fashions Private Limited.
